Patricia Duchaussoy is a true trailblazer who brought Pilates to Thailand over 20 years ago, establishing the country’s first dedicated Pilates studio in Bangkok.
As a second-generation Pilates instructor, Patricia was personally trained by legendary first-generation instructors, including Romana Kryzanowska, Alan Herdman, and Ron Fletcher. With their direct mentorship, she mastered the art and science of classical Pilates, combining their teachings with her unique, hands-on approach to education.
In addition to founding Thailand’s first Pilates studio, Patricia co-founded the Swiss Pilates Institute, recognized as one of the leading Pilates teacher training organizations worldwide.
