The full certification program curriculum focuses on helping you become a holistic Pilates Instructor so you can expertly teach your own classes and earn a great income as a Pilates Instructor. Each individual module focuses on one core part of Pilates, from the basics to equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and barrels). After each completed module, you’ll earn your globally accredited certification.

Who Am I?
My name is Patricia, and I will never forget how Pilates changed my life.
After a severe knee injury abruptly made an end to my career as a professional dancer, I discovered the beauty and power of Pilates as a tool for rehabilitation. My recovery led me down an unexpected but truly beautiful new path.
Pilates changed my life, and so I started learning it myself. During my journey, I pursued extensive training and had the privilege of mastering Pilates under direct mentorship from legendary first-generation instructors, including Romana Kryzanowska, Alan Herdman, and Ron Fletcher. As a second-generation Pilates master, I further developed the art and science of Pilates, blending their traditional methods and principles with modern techniques.
For over 30 years, I’ve had the joy of helping thousands of people feel stronger, move better, improve their posture, recover from injuries, tone and reconnect with their bodies through Pilates.
I co-founded the Swiss Pilates Institute, recognized as one of the leading Pilates teacher training organizations worldwide, to deliver world-class, in-depth education and inspire a new generation of movement professionals.
