Patricia Duchaussoy
Patricia Duchaussoy is a true trailblazer who brought Pilates to Thailand over 20 years ago, establishing the country’s first dedicated Pilates studio in Bangkok.
As a second-generation Pilates instructor, Patricia was personally trained by legendary first-generation instructors, including Romana Kryzanowska, Alan Herdman, and Ron Fletcher. With their direct mentorship, she mastered the art and science of classical Pilates, combining their teachings with her unique, hands-on approach to education.
In addition to founding Thailand’s first Pilates studio, Patricia co-founded the Swiss Pilates Institute, recognized as one of the leading Pilates teacher training organizations worldwide. She continues to train instructors across the globe, combining tradition with modern practices to provide a world-class Pilates education.
